Steering Wheel Cover For MINI JCW F56 Cooper S Clubman Convertible Countryman 2014-2020

I ordered a cover for my F56 Mini as the wheel was looking pretty worn. I Chose black perforated leather for the top and bottom, dark green hex pattern Alcantara for the sides (matched paint nicely) as well as a yellow leather center stripe. First I will say I expected the installation to be tedious, but I did not fully understand the level of frustrating this would be. It's not like I had never held a needle and thread before, but this probably took 6 hours to get installed correctly, as after every pass through the stitching I had to un-spin the crazy twist that ended up in the thread and the associated a$$hole knots it tried to tie itself in. Once sewn on and tight, corners ticked it looks and feels great. I am mostly disappointed there is a small tear between two of the leather perforations that wasn't visible until installed and the leather stretched, hopefully it doesn't tear further, because I am not excited about the prospect of having to take this off and do it again if that is the case.

This company is just fantastic. You get to fully customize what you want and the quality of the material is amazing. The leather and "Alcantara" feels fantastic. The material is very thin so your steering wheel won't look bulky.

This is an excellent item, very high quality. The Italy Alcantara is soft and luxurious. It took about 2 hours for me to install the steering wheel cover, but the end result was worth the time/effort. Very happy with Stitchingcover with their great customer service.

Great quality product and communication from seller. Good install directions. A lovely gift for my little girl, it turned out she love it! I am so happy with, Her mom stitched the wrap for her and give her a surpise!

It looks okay. The wrap was a bit hard to pull tight around some of the bulges in the existing steering wheel. That made it so the threading became uneven and the material changes don't quite line up. It's fine if you don't look too hard. Little disappointed at the difficulty due to the tightness.

This product is awesome when you get it finished. It really adds a good look to the car and it feels really nice. Time will tell on wear but for the price you can just swap out. Be aware this will take you some time to do it right. Took about 1.5 hours to complete. May be able to do it faster if you are an avid sewer. Great deal all in all.
