It took me like 4 hours to wrap this cause I wanted to take my time and it was worth it. I used the tape and thread together and came out clean.

Great quality. follow instructions. watch related YouTube tutorials and take your time. Sewing took me 3.5 hours, not including the time to remove steering wheel, controls and reinstall. you will get best results this way. You get access to tight areas. I also used super clue to hold down suede at all the tight radius for a OEM look. Mewant did a great job regarding quality, now it's your turn.

Fantastic product. Great material. Includes lots of thread and a plastic trim tool piece for tucking in the cover. It takes a lot of patience and time to put it on (took me about 3hours). After installing the cover it kinda feels like the M sport steering wheel thickness, which is very nice.

The packaging is good. Yet the cutting is not the right fit,making it look very ugly on the steering wheel and creating a lot of innacuracy

This cover is exactly what i was looking for. I cant stand those corny car wash steering wheel covers but wasn’t looking to spend the $800 for an M sport upgrade. This product looks amazing and is made of really high quality materials. If you take your time you can make it look as if its part of the actual steering wheel. be ready to sit in your car for 2-3 hours because it’s tedious

I had a sport pleather steering wheel for my F30 330i, and it was too thin and hard for my liking. I bought this cover, and it is perfect. My wheel now has a nice thick and soft cover to it. A few tips: 1). The installation does take about four hours 2) I redid the bottom two sections twice after I had some bubbling at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions. I got a much better fit when I started at 3/9 and went down towards 6 than when I started at 6 and went up. Be sure to pull tight at the start and pinch the leather on the front side while pulling so it’s smooth. 3) I preferred the feel when I went through all the guides rather than skipping them. This is especially important around the edges and the grips at 2 and 10. 4) I had to use the tape on the back at the 6oclock position to make it smooth. All in all, I don’t think people would notice it wasn’t stock unless I told them, very happy

Great product looks OEM if install properly

BMW 4 series. I didn't take the steering wheel off. I don't really see why this would be needed. It had taken about 3 hours to get everything done. I'm very happy with the result.

Great quality product, but very difficult to install, especially at areas near paddle shifters. Need to use tape at the flat tab portion below paddles for it to stay flat.

The product looks and feels great. It took about 5.5 h to install, but I am very impressed with the result! Major improvement to the standard steering wheel and feels like a whole new car. Only complaint is a few pieces that couldn't quite be tucked in sincr there wasn't a gap in the steering wheel for them, but that's fairly minor. Great product!

I don't write many reviews but I was so pleased with this product that I felt compelled to write one. Even before ordering, I was impressed with the effort to inform the buyer that this was not a "one size fits all" product but but an extremely custom fit product so the buyer needed to really needed confirm the actual steering wheel shape before ordering. After ordering, I was almost immediately contacted via email to ask what thread color I wanted because there are many options for thread color. I went with a conservative black. After my cover was shipped, I was contacted again with a link to an installation video and assurances that they were available to answer any questions about installation. I will be totally honest and say the installation process is not easy. It takes a couple of hours and is tedious. However the installation videos on Youtube are good and you just have to be patient. They give you everything you need including a lot of extra thread and adhesive tape. I used a head mounted flashlight to help me see what I was doing. Again this is not something you can rush and end up with satisfactory results. Watch the videos and allot yourself enough time to do the job right. As for the results? They are outstanding! The custom fit means it looks and feels like it came from the factory. I love my BMW 328i but the stock "leather" steering wheel may as well just been a vinyl steering wheel because BMW made it very hard and "slick" to be a durable and long lasting finish which is understandable. But this product totally transformed the experience of driving the car. Sounds like an exageration? Not really. Think about it, the one part of your car that you are touching the whole time is your steering wheel. And I found the leather to be extremely high quality so grabbling the wheel and steering the car feels completely different from the stock wheel. It feels super luxurious and "high end". There is no funky smell. This cover is not cheap but I would argue the resulting look and feel are way above the expectations associated with the cost. Every time I get in my car and as soon as I touch the wheel, I still get the impression "oh man this is so nice". And this is after a month when the novelty should have worn off. I am not kidding, this cover will make more of a positive difference in your driving experience than anything else I can think of. I give this product the highest recommendation with the caveat that you should be prepared to put in the time and effort to do it right. The results will amaze you and leave a grin on your face for a long time. If you like your BMW but wished the steering wheel wasn't so "meh", get this steering wheel cover! Way to go Mewant!
